Welcome to our new blog!!

A little overview about us- we photographed 37 weddings,

had a second baby and we were job sharing a staff 

photographer position at Evansville Courier & Press in 2007.

It was an exciting and CRAZY year....and now we're
thrilled to be in 2008!

Life is starting to feel normal again. Our youngest
son, Nolan, just turned 6 months old so now we are
starting to remember what it feels like to get a
little more than 5 hours of sleep (just a little
though)! Our oldest son, Andrew, is 2 1/2 and he's a
laugh a minute, literally he's always coming up with
something hilarious to say.

After planning and mulling it over and over and
over....we finally resigned from the Courier & Press
almost 3 weeks ago. Newspaper photojournalism was our
first love and allowed us to meet many awesome people
and visit a variety of different places we would have
never gone! But sometimes life changes and it becomes
time to move on.

We have been anxious for a long long time to be able
to devote ourselves fulltime to our wedding
photography business. This is truly where our heart is. 

The emotions, the moments, the challenge- it's
all rolled up into a wedding day. What's not to love
about that?

Life is great.

Our 2008 calendar is bursting! We only have a couple
of open dates left and 2009 is starting to take shape
as well. We are so excited to give 110% to our
business. We have so many ideas and now finally the
time to implement them.

And of course now we'll have more time to BLOG!!!! So
please stay tuned for lots more! Please check back in the 

next few days for our first wedding post of the year.
