Some of you may know that Elizabeth is from Cleveland, Ohio and I am from New York. We're back from a road trip visiting both of our families, driving nearly 2,000 miles and having a great time!
While in New York, we had the pleasure of meeting with the ultra talented Christina Marie Norrup, who we will be photographing her wedding at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens in November.
Christina is an actress who is in the Broadway Musical "Young Frankenstein" and we were fortunate enough to see her unbelievable performance after our meeting. Stay tuned for our engagement portrait session with Christina and Anthony that will take place in July in New York City.
Our sons, Andrew and Nolan had a blast. Here are some the photographs from our trip.
Andrew enjoyed multiple versions of himself at the Long Island Children's Museum...
.....and going through the tunnel
....and creating his own music.
A trip home to see the family wouldn't be the same without my mother's Eggplant Parmingiana, pasta and sausage bread. Mmmmmmm, it is the best!
A slice of Ziti Pizza from Vincent's Restaurante (no relation!) in Alberston is a must have as well in New York.
My brother Steve reads Andrew one of his favorite books.
My Mom, brother and my dad entertain Andrew at the Aquarium in Riverhead.
Nolan and Grandpa!
Meanwhile, in Cleveland, Elizabeth rocked out to Guitar Hero 3 for the first time. We immediately became addicted and will have to be getting it for our home VERY SOON!
Who says video games are for kids? Elizabeth's Grandmother, who will turn 100 in June, did not embarrass herself at all in our competition!
Andrew, Nolan and their Great grandmother.
